UK : Jordan Merit Postgraduate Scholarships at University of Sheffield

University of Sheffield is offering postgraduate scholarships for the students of Jordan. There is one scholarship worth of £7,000 available to pursue masters degree for one year of study. The scholarship is awarded on the basis of academic merit. Applicants cannot apply for the scholarship before being offered a study place at Sheffield. The deadline for applications is Friday 28th June 2013.

Eligibility: To be eligible for the Jordan Merit Postgraduate Scholarships 2013:
-applicants must be a Jordanian national or permanently domiciled in Jordan,
-apply for a study place by Friday 21 June 2013,
-hold an offer of a study place for entry in September 2013.

Scholarship Description: The University is pleased to offer a range of scholarships to students from Jordan who show exceptional academic potential and are starting their studies at the University of Sheffield in September 2013. There is one Jordan Merit Postgraduate Scholarships 2013, available for a Jordanian student starting their postgraduate taught master’s programme in September 2013. Applicants cannot apply for the scholarship before being offered a study place at Sheffield.

What does it cover? The scholarship is worth £7,000 of their postgraduate taught masters degree tuition fee per year, for one year of study. The scholarships will take the form of a tuition fee reduction.

Notification: Results will be announced on 26 July 2013.

UK : Scholarships for MSc-MA students at the Languages and Social Sciences School, Aston University

The School of Languages and Social Sciences at Aston University offers ten x £1000 scholarships towards tuition fees in the 2013/14 academc year, for all MSc/MA applications: full-time, part-time, on campus and distance learning students.
