Rose Hellaby postgraduate scholarship is offered to New Zealand
Maori students who want to pursue higher education to reach their full
potential in their chosen field of study. Scholarships are for
students undertaking Masters or PhD postgraduate study in the fields of
engineering, mathematics, science, technology or medicine.Two
scholarships are offered with the value up to $30,000. Applicants
must be enrolled at a tertiary institute in 2013.

These scholarships are available to Maori students with a record of
proven academic excellence to continue higher education.Two(2)
scholarships are awarded with the minimum value upto $30,000 to provide
education opportunities.The objective of the Rose Hellaby Postgraduate
scholarship is to encourage M?ori students expand their horizons
by pursuing higher education to reach their full potential in their
chosen field of study. The scholarships are aimed towards developing
today’s students into tomorrow’s leaders thereby benefitting their
Whanau / Iwi and the wider community.

Duration of award(s): The scholarship is funded to complete the education.
