A postdoctoral position is available immediately at Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD www.sutd.edu.sg).
The objective of this 2-year research project is to work on coding technique for distributed storage.
Self-motivated candidates with a PhD degree (or having submitted his/her thesis) in relevant disciplines (e.g. error correction coding, source coding, network coding etc), strong in mathematics, and a good track record of publications are encouraged to apply.
