The
ROSE master degree in Earthquake Engineering and Engineering
Seismology is jointly awarded by IUSS Pavia and the University of
Pavia. During the 18-month MSc programme students will acquire the
ability to design, execute and evaluate assessments of seismic hazard
for site-specific engineering projects as well as to undertake seismic
design of new structures and the assessment and strengthening of
existing structures. Applications are currently open for 2013/14
academic year, with a deadline of February 28, 2013. A number of
scholarships are available for the highest-ranking applicants. For
