Splitting of water into
hydrogen and oxygen requires the development of new catalysts.
Especially the oxygen forming reaction is challenging and requires
development of new catalysts. The project aims at synthesizing new
Ru-based molecular catalysts for water oxidation.
You hold a PhD in chemistry or chemical engineering and are interested in synthesizing and characterizing catalysts based on organometallic complexes.
