Center for International Forestry Research offers Research Assistant
in forestry research in Indonesia. The students of developing countries
can apply for this scholarship. Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree
in the field of economics, forestry or natural resources management,
etc. Master’s degree is an advantage. Students must have analytical
skills, climate change and REDD issues. Student must be proficient in
English, computer skills and analytical software. CIFOR offers
competitive remuneration for a period of one year (including six months

Scholarship Description: The
Research Assistant will be a part of the REDD+ Benefits Sharing
Project. The main task of the Research Assistant is to support the
research of Work Package (WP) 1. Other tasks will include support to
project management and coordination, and to research the activities of
the other WPs as needed and directed.
